A full refund will be made with at least 30 days notice of cancellation. With notification 29 to 15 days prior to the trip departure you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Between 14 and 2 days prior to departure you will be billed in full, however you may change the departure date based on availability. 1 day prior to departure no cancellations or changes may be made.
If a client requires a join in for ONLY transportation, a $10 will be applied as a surcharge.
Please be informed that even though the client doesn’t buy the tour, he/she will have to wait for the others who have participate in the Mayura Zipline adventure since this is a shared tour basis.
Group of 6 people or more, other pick up time may arrange upon request based on availability.
Your trip deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the trip date.
Participants will be required to sign release of liability and medical history forms upon arrival. If anyone is seen or suspected of using illegal substances or drinking any type of alcoholic beverages before the trip, that person will not be allowed to go on the trip. There will be no refunds or credits given under these circumstances.
